Did you add employee for your site? If yes then just start working. Start working for your website as soon as possible. Post information which is related with your keyword.
Tell your blogger to start blogging. They will collect information and publish to your site. Manager will see their work. But one thing is really important to say that is 'No copy content'. Yes. You can't copy any information and content from other blog or website. There are lot of bad effect if you copy any content. Some of bad effects are
1) You broke their copyright law. They will take legal activities against you.
2) Your site will listed in spam in search engine. You can't rank up.
3) Your site will not unique and you can't earn.
Other thing is avoid local language. This so important. Because Google Adsense don't support all local language.
